Name: David Proud
Age: 27
Appearance: A reasonably well-muscled man of around average height - looks about his age in spite of his gaunt appearance and well-worn wardrobe.

Biography:

David Proud is the only currently-surviving member of the Native American tribe who once lived primarily in the Locke region, and has always lived in the Locke area himself. A fairly uneventful childhood ended with him settling into the position of an auto mechanic, eventually applying his work with his hands to stone and revealing some sculpture work publicly late in 2012, all featuring snakes - as those who brush up may guess, in tribute to veneration of snakes in his tribe of descent's tradition.

While known he was, Proud remained obscure as an artist until his supposed "discovery" by Thunder Corp. president Jimmy Won and commission to build a statue - a snake atop a heart, in the style of a totem pole - symbolic of the company's aspirations for the Dead District.
